1980	Lang Management is established in Palm Beach County by Bill Isaacson and John Lang to Service high-end community associations and condominiums.
1982	BIll Isaacson buys out John Lang's interest.
1983	Boca West office opens and within a year is handling a majority of the sub-associations in Boca West. Annco Services, Inc. is formed when Isaacson partners with Tedd Annis, formerly manager of Arvida's landscape maintenance division.  Today, the firm is the largest privately-owned, local, full-service company that designs, builds, maintains and installs landscaping and irrigation systems.
1988	Lang Service Center opens with a team of trained customer service representatives assigned to specific communities.  The service representatives process all calls, follow-up on all service requests and generate work order reports for both the property managers and board members.
	Lang establishes a twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week emergency services.
	Lang hires an in-house general contractor to provide technical support to property managers and in-house maintenance mechanics.
1990	Lang Realty, Inc. is formed, specializing in sales and rentals of managed communities.
1994	Integrated Plant Management, Inc. is formed to provide full-service lawn/ornamental pest control.
1997	Lang Construction and Maintenance is formed to serve the growing demand for individual service for residents in Lang-managed communities.  Lang Business Consultants is also formed to handle mergers and acquisitions.
1998	Lang Management Company opens an office at P.G.A. National to manage the Property Owners Association of approximately 5,700 homes.
2000	Lang Management Company opens North County Office in Palm Beach Gardens.
2001	Lang Management Company relocates to Company owned Headquarters in Boca Raton.
2004	Lang Management Company opens Port St. Lucie Office.
Presently	Lang Manages over 20,000 units in over 200 communities.
