Boca West office opens and within a year is handling a majority of the sub-associations in Boca West. Annco Services, Inc. is formed when Isaacson partners with Tedd Annis, formerly manager of Arvida's landscape maintenance division. Today, the firm is the largest privately-owned, local, full-service company that designs, builds, maintains and installs landscaping and irrigation systems. |

Lang Service Center opens with a team of trained customer service representatives assigned to specific communities. The service representatives process all calls, follow-up on all service requests and generate work order reports for both the property managers and board members. |
